In order to help you out with your support queries we request that, before you start a new Support Ticket, you have the equipment switched on and are in front of the unit when we call so we can help diagnose what may be the issue.
Ideally, we recommend that the product in question is isolated from the rest of the studio equipment with the shortest signal path to help us diagnose the fault.
There are many times where the equipment is picking up issues within the electrical environment where it is being used. ie ground loops and Electrical Magnetic Interference from nearby power supplies, multi-plugs etc
